Christmas Program + Trains = A Good Day.

Nash had his Christmas program at school today. His group sang jingle bells and had little jingle bells that they rang during the song. Nash did a good job and sang and rang his bell the whole time. There was a little blooper when the kid in front of him got a little carried away ringing his bell and hit Nash in the face but Nash quickly got over it and kept singing.

(Nash was grumpy today so I was glad we at least got this)

After lunch and Nash's nap we meet up with our friends Kat and Nate to go see the big train exhibit at the library. The boys LOVED it. I was afriad we weren't going to be able to leave. However, due to a smoking train and the conductor stopping them for a bit we convinced the boys that the trains were sleeping and needed to rest so we went and played in the children's part of the library which was a lot of fun as well.

(The boys were right at eye level with the trains and thought it was amazing.)

Other reasons it was a good day include having the day off, my morning Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha half caf and banana chocolate chip coffee cake, getting a couple more Christmas presents taken care of, taking a wonderful nap with the boy, getting my Christmas cards mailed, having my husband bring home supper, and getting my house cleaned. Yep, it was a good day.
